Common questions

Here you will find the answers to the most common questions.

Which size should I choose?

Shortsini The shorts are slightly spacious in size if you follow the size guide. Some want it that way, some want a slightly more figure-hugging fit. It is a matter of taste and both work well because the fabric is stretchy and the shorts have a soft elastic band at the waist. So they follow the body nicely even when they are closer to the figure, so do not be afraid to go down a size, especially if you are in the lower part of the scale. < / p>

For Shorsen, the measure "Seat" is the most relevant.

Why do you not have free shipping and returns?

Large companies that buy and ship large quantities of products have completely different purchase prices than we as a small company have. Both on the products themselves and on the shipping.

We have chosen to keep prices down to the consumer as much as we can, so that as many as possible can afford to buy our clothes. But with the purchase prices we have as a small, newly started company, this means that we do not have such high margins that we can include freight and returns. If we were to choose to do so, we would instead need to raise the prices of our products.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within the EU.

Can I try your products anywhere?

We are an online company and do not have a store where you can try on the clothes. See size guide to choose the size. If you want more advice on fit and size, you are welcome to contact us at connect@moonriseofsweden.se

How have you thought about material selection?

We have chosen to maintain a high quality of our materials so that they feel comfortable, follow the body and last longer.

In a Slow Fashion mindset, the products should last a long time, both in quality and design. We hope you enjoy your Moonrise of Sweden product for a long time to come!

What does the production of the products look like?

Towel kimono is made in India.
Shortsinin is made in Turkey.

We have partners in Sweden who have worked with the factories for many years, and have been there on most occasions. They have assured us that these are serious factories with good working conditions.
